Motorists and pedestrians are being urged to take extra precaution while using the road leading up to the clinic and police station in Owia.
This advice has been given in light of the reconstruction of a concrete road and slipper drains in this area.
Demolition work on the existing 260 feet long asphalt road is being done Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
The project is scheduled to be completed in eight (8) weeks.
Meanwhile, BRAGSA is also advising the public that similar work is being carried out in the following areas:
(a) Diamond – the road leading to the low income houses.
(b) Akers – the road leading from Mesopotamia to Argyle, and
(c) Dumbarton – the road leading to the cemetery.
