IN HIS OWN WORDS

With this program, my aim is to act as a bridge between two worlds. That of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and that of the large network of experts that I am connected to outside from China, Europe, Africa and America.

My name is Deano Delpleash and I’m a bodyweight Strength Coach. I recently completed personal training certification and started my online coaching company call “Fiturpreneur” with a focus on helping males with an alpha male mindset regain their body confidence by putting on their first 5lbs of muscles while burning stubborn belly fat in 90 days.

For the past 7 years I’ve lived in China where I completed a BSc in Communication engineering and a MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Global leadership. My passion for fitness started as a martial artist in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where I trained as a ‘taekwondoist’.

I developed a passion for healthy-lifestyle and living while a member of the Caribbean Healthy Lifestyle program in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping many young people transform their mind and body using my training methods. This led to the establishment of the Spartanz family community in China where youths from all over the world joined me in calisthenics (Bodyweight workout style) Bootcamp sessions.

In the Beginning

Now to give you a good understanding of why I do what I do, let me take you back to June, 2014. I had everything. I felt like I was on top of the world. Life was great. I was making good money as a student, was dating one of the most beautiful girls on campus and I was kicking ass on the school Taekwondo team. Then all of a sudden things just start to take a turn for the worst. It felt like my entire world was upside-down and everything was going against me. I got dropped from my school’s taekwondo team because of government policies, my girlfriend left me for another guy, and someone I trusted dearly cheated me out of money I can’t even count.

And let me tell you I STRUGGLED. During this time, I wasn’t doing any form of training so my physical health started to deteriorate and I became more or less like a ghost. I spent most of the day in bed wishing that my world would just end. I felt lost, unmotivated, and often tried drowning my sorrows in a bottle of Ballantine (Alcohol) just to try to ease the pain (which obviously didn’t work). I was depressed.

I was a mess and I didn’t want to continue like this.

I had to figure out a way out of this depressed state. Looking back in retrospect, things seemed really bad at that time but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. You see because I went through this depression, I was forced to seek out the help of some of the greatest personal development coaches and motivators I knew at the time.

With their help, I realized that for things to become better, I will need to become better. My first plan of action was to take care of my physical health because if your physical health is in check, everything just tends to fall into place for itself. It’s What the author of “7 Habits of highly effective people” calls an atomic habit.

Initially, it was difficult and I felt like giving up but it was much better than what giving up would mean so I was persistent. Little by little I began feeling better and my body began to change in ways that I would have never imagined. Others started noticing the difference in my physique and at that point, I began to regain my confidence. My adversity pushed me to go hard eventually leading to the transformation of my body, which then transformed my mind and my soul.

My ongoing transformation was a catalyst for friends who became keen in their own fitness and lifestyles. They asked for personal training tips and assistance which blossomed into a popular healthy lifestyle community in Hangzhou, China.

I always had a passion for helping others from a young age and over the last few years, I’ve helped countless young men transform their lives and bodies. After experiencing my fair share of pain and push back, it placed me in a unique position to identify and help young men just like yourself struggling with your own breakthrough.

But there was one common roadblock that I kept noticing that was common for everyone during their transformation process. The first 14 days were the TOUGHEST because there is an Adaptation Phase that most people need to be guided through and educated on in terms of training and habit building.

I see my job as getting you past this 14 days hurdle creating a healthy lifestyle habit that keeps your body moving and you achieving.
