GAS STATION ROBBERY SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED BY POLICE

Police are currently carrying out an investigation into the latest robberies here. On Friday 28th August, three robberies occurred at Wilson Enterprises Inc (SOL Gas Station) located in Arnos Vale.

According to a police release to the media, the robbers escaped with EC$ 1626.00, the property of Wilson Enterprises Inc, EC$ 1500.00, the property of a resident of Arnos Vale and; EC$ 180.00 and one bag valued EC$ 80.00, the property of a resident of South Wood.

Three (3) men are currently in custody suspected of committing the offences following initial investigations. One such man is 31 years old Diallo Small, a rental operator businessman of Frenches.

In December 2015, Small was arrested and charged with having in his possession 131 hundred dollars notes which he knew or believed to be counterfeit. After initially pleading not guilty, in 2017 Small changed his plea to guilty and was fined $20,000 by Magistrate Rickie Burnett.

The other men arrested with Small are Noval Sayers, 32 years Labourer of Brighton and Kyle Ragguette-Francis, 27 years Labourer of Long Wall.
