The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) confirmed today that the country has a new COVID-19 case.
In a press release, the organisation said, “the new case is a Vincentian national who arrived in St. Vincent and the Grenadines on September 5 from Jamaica. The inflight contacts of this person are in the process of being informed of their exposure”.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines has now recorded a total of sixty-two (62) cases. However, only four (4) are active cases.
The public is reminded of the importance of ensuring that all persons in St. Vincent and the Grenadines comply fully with the quarantine protocols in place.
