Dr. Mineva Glasgow holds a BSc (Hons.) Degree in Management from the UWI, St. Augustine, Trinidad, a MBA with a specialization in HR Management from USQ, Australia, an LLB from the University of London and a PhD in International Business from Northcentral University, Arizona. Miss Glasgow is an e-tutor in 2 Post graduate courses, International Business, HRM and Business Law with the UWI Open Campus.

Dr. Glasgow is also a writer and an active and practicing Seventh-day Adventist who has served the Church in various capacities locally and regionally. Dr. Glasgow served with distinction at the Bishop’s College, Kingstown, and as an employee at National Insurance Services retiring in January 2019 as the Deputy Director. Dr. Glasgow has recently been appointed as a Government Senator and Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines.

Connected to South Leeward: As a resident of Questelles for her entire life, Mini has been an active member of the Leeward Sparks Sports Club, President and Secretary of Leeward District Youth Association, and Vice President of the Leeward Women’ s Association.

These positions afforded her the opportunity to be engaged in several community projects and activities including conducting several sessions on money management, vegetarian cooking classes (Questelles & Vermont), and leadership, conducting evening classes with young persons on writing Business plans and proposal writing, helping women and men throughout the Constituency with training in Time Management and preparation for retirement and interacting with different age groups, liaising with willing donors for sponsorship for community activities and coordinating community events.
