11,551 students from Barbados and across the Caribbean have submitted requests for reviews to the Caribbean Examinations Council for the Caribbean Advance Proficiency Examination or CAPE.
That information was provided by the Council’s Marketing and Public Relations Officials in an email yesterday evening.
On the other hand, 10,050 requests were received for the Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate, commonly called CSEC.
As it relates to queries, a total of 945 were received for CAPE while 2,174 were received for CSEC.
The current target for the release of requests for reviews results is November 30th, 2020.
The statement also revealed CXC is currently consulting with its stakeholders to finalise details for the administration of the regional examinations in 2021.
The body says once a regional consensus is achieved, the details will be shared with stakeholders and made public.
