St Vincent and the Grenadines has recorded over 100 new COVID-19 cases, increasing its number of active cases to 881.
The Ministry of Health says during the period January 19 to 20, SVG recorded 31 new PCR positive cases and 95 new rapid antigen positive results.
There are currently no patients admitted for COVID-19 at the Argyle Isolation Facility.
However, 28 patients are admitted to the COVID-19 ward at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, two of whom are pregnant and one of whom is younger than eighteen.
Six of the admitted patients are vaccinated, two patients are partially vaccinated, and 20 patients are unvaccinated.
No new deaths were recorded over the reporting period, while 23 recoveries were noted over the reporting period.
The death toll remains at 90.
Since March 2020, St Vincent and the Grenadines has recorded 6,646 cases of COVID-19 and 5,675 recoveries.
