On 15.4.22, police arrested and charged Jeffery Cuffy, a 32 years old labourer of Questelles /Sion Hill with the offences of Assault Bodily Harm and Theft.

According to the investigations, the Accused man allegedly assaulted a 48 years old Domestic of Campden Park by pushing her to the ground, causing Actual Bodily Harm.

He was also charged with the theft of one (1) blue Samsung A20 Cellular phone and chip valued at $615.00ECC, the property of the virtual complainant.

The incident occurred at Kingstown along the Richmond Hill public road on 18.10.21 at about 5:00 p.m.

Cuffy is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charges.
