DOMINICAN ENTERTAINER REMANDED TO PRISON IN GRENADA

An entertainer from Dominica who was arrested over the weekend in Grenada has been remanded to prison until his next court hearing. 

According to local media reports, Shane Edwards, also known as ‘Sukie’ was arrested by police for the alleged charge of indecent assault.  

He appeared in court today where he was denied bail and remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.

The entertainer’s next court appearance is December 1.  

Sukie, 36, of Roseau, Dominica, was scheduled to perform at an event over the weekend in Grenada.
